The report said: "Leadership and governance at this school are exceptional... the clarity of vision, the training, and professional development provided both within the school and within the trust mean that all leaders are extremely well focused on the education provided by the school."

England and Manchester City star Raheem Sterling this week returned to , his former secondary school in Wembley in London, to launch his new Foundation.
The Raheem Sterling Foundation will focus its work on supporting young people in London, Manchester and Kingston, Jamaica, his birthplace. He was joined at the school by his mum, Nadine, and former coach, Clive Ellington, and unveiled the Foundation’s official plaque and charter at the school.

Today, ’s 39 schools in Birmingham, Hastings, London, and Portsmouth honoured those who served to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life.
For Remembrance Day, also known as Armistice Day, each school held an assembly that included a two-minute silence to remember those who have died in wars around the world.

Acton Academy has introduced new compulsory weekly sports sessions and its students are reaping the benefits of increased morale, lower post-pandemic anxiety and greater focus.
Along with a new range of optional clubs at lunchtime and before and after school, all of Year 8 and Year 10’s students now have a compulsory weekly sports session, alongside their regular PE lessons.
